Hartland Coach Tour With Hartland Abbey House & Gardens

The village of Hartland is packed with history and heritage.  Hartland Abbey is a former Abbey and current home to the Stucley family.  Built in the 12th century it has survived as a monestry longer than any other in the country.  Here you can enjoy the heritage, amazing interiors, and family memorabilia.  A popular film location, BBC’s Sense and Sensibility, The Antiques Roadshow, The Night Manager and Enid Blyton’s Malory Towers all filmed there.

Outside, the 18th century woodland gardens were created on either side of the Abbey with woodland walks leading to walled gardens.  An attraction for all the family with donkeys, peacocks and sheep.  There is so much to do and see here, a great day out.
